Our reseller program is structured to provide our reseller affiliates complete autonomy of the customer relationship, from billing and pricing to implementation and maintenance, personalised services, and communications. Our focus is on building a best-in-class product and allowing our resellers to deliver a best-in-class experience.
Founded in 1966, HRK Retail has set itself to be a market leader in providing hospitality, retail and receipting software to the South African marketplace. We first began supplying point of sale solutions to the liquor industry ever since the first liquor store was installed with cash registers linked to a PC in the mid 1980's. Since our humble beginning we have diversified in providing customised software packages – HRK Liquor, HRK Butchery, HRK Hardware, HRK Supermarket & HRK Hospitality.
Building on this heritage, HRK Retail focuses our innovation prowess on addressing the unmet needs of retailers in South Africa and abroad.
By combining hyper-automation systems with redesigned operating procedures, we help end-users streamline their business, while minimising operational costs. We not only provide advanced point of sale systems, we can also link the end users point of sale system to a customised website/online store and/or to a mobile app!
We believe in supporting our sales channel and building lasting relationships with our resellers in order to deliver value to the market.
The following prerequisites help us to ensure the best quality of service is given to our customers service and support levels, whilst protecting our sales channels.
· Potential resellers actively resell related IT products as a core business focus and are, but not limited to one of the following industries:
ü Software resellers
ü Training service provider
ü IT related business
· The applicant has sufficient technical understanding to effectively sell and offer first line support on HRK products.
· Products purchased from HRK will be resold and are not intended for internal use by the applicant.
· The applicant intends to deal regularly with HRK and actively promote the HRK product range.
Our product specialists work closely with resellers to develop solutions that assist with the sales process.
Every reseller has a
dedicated account manager to ensure accountability, excellent response times
and a personal interaction with our clients.
