The following prerequisites help us to ensure the best quality of service is given to our customers service and support levels, whilst protecting our sales channels.
· Potential resellers actively resell related IT products as a core business focus and are, but not limited to one of the following industries:
ü Software resellers
ü Training service provider
ü IT related business
· The applicant has sufficient technical understanding to effectively sell and offer first line support on HRK products.
· Products purchased from HRK will be resold and are not intended for internal use by the applicant.
· The applicant intends to deal regularly with HRK and actively promote the HRK product range.
Detailed product information, training videos and marketing material are compiled and shared freely with our resellers in order to add value to the channel.
Our product specialists work closely with resellers to develop solutions that assist with the sales process.
Every reseller has a dedicated account manager to ensure accountability, excellent response times and a personal interaction with our clients.
